All Florine Freya pieces are mindfully hand crafted, and as a result will show subtle unique markings and variations. Items are carefully checked before leaving the studio.

Returns or exchanges on pierced items of jewellery cannot be accepted, so please choose carefully. 

Non-pierced items of jewellery can be exchanged for store credit if unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Any additional shipping costs in the event of an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
